Bi-Op-Sea is a custom built "Carolina" charter boat, specifically designed, engineered, and constructed for the waters off the North Carolina Outer Banks.
Previously named the For Play'n, Bi-Op-Sea underwent a major refit during the winter of 2006-2007.
She now has new fuel tanks holding 1400 gallons of fuel, a mezzanine cockpit layout, larger generator, icemaker and many upgrades to the interior.
Twin 1,015 HP Cats provide a Cruise speed of 30 knots for fast access to the Gulf Stream.

We are outfitted with the most modern tackle, from Shimano TLD 20's to Penn 130's to challenge any gamefishing situation which may present itself.
We provide bait, tackle, and ice. You may bring your favorite rod, if you wish, as long as it is in good condition with fresh line matched to the gamefish you are seeking. We carry a lot of ice to insure that your catch is in the best condition possible when it hits the dock.
Bi-Op-Sea is equipped with heat and air conditioning to assure your comfort in all kinds of weather. The Bi-Op-Sea also has a beautiful indoor salon and an enclosed, comfortable head (toilet).
Offshore Gulf Stream fishing trips leave the dock at 5:30am and return between 4:00pm and 5:00pm
What You Need to Bring
You need to bring: lunch, snacks, beverages, cooler, sunscreens, sunglasses, camera and film or tapes, foulweather gear and seasonal clothing. Motion sickness medicine can be inexpensive insurance to make sure you have a good fishing trip. Consult with your physician.
Provisions
We provide bait, tackle, and ice. You may bring your favorite rod, if you wish, as long as it is in good condition with fresh line matched to the gamefish you are seeking. We carry a lot of ice to insure that your catch is in the best condition possible when it hits the dock. You will need a large cooler to take your catch home. We strongly recommend 1 to 2 pounds of ice for each pound of fillets. This assures that your catch will arrive at its destination in excellent condition for your dining preparation and enjoyment.
