>Q: If I pick up my rentals at your store can I still schedule for JFTB to pick up at the end of the week?

A: Yes! We are very flexible with pick-ups and deliveries. Please make sure you communicate with our Corolla Store what your plans are. Q: When does my credit card get charged?
A: Your card will be charged approximately two weeks before your arrival date. You will have up to 48 hours prior to your rental date to cancel the order with no penalty. Please see our > Terms and Conditions for further information.

Q: What do I do if I have mechanical trouble with the bike? (flat tire, broken chain)
A: All you have to do is contact our Corolla location and we will come and fix your bike or replace it. We are located in Corolla at 501 Hunt Club Drive which is at the South Entrance of The Currituck Club, right across from The Welcome Center. Phone Info 866-629-7368

Q: What advantage do I have by making my reservation online?
A: Any type of early registration is treated the same (online, phone, mail or fax). We always reserve our newest equipment for our early reservations. You are also guaranteed that we will have your item(s) ready for you when you get here.
Online reservations are very fast and easy. You can view our entire catalogue at your leisure and are not rushed into making a decision. When you get here, you will be able to start enjoying your vacation instead of wasting valuable time deciding on your rental selections.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All rental property is to be placed for pick up in the same place it was left when delivered, or a $20 fee will be charged. Deliveries: Free delivery with orders over $95! A $15 service charge will be applied for orders delivered less than $95. Express Delivery-Guaranteed Delivery Service by 1 PM A $25 service charge will be applied for this service on all orders. All delivery service charges include pick-up. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to "4-wheel drive access" (areas North of Corolla). Payments: We require prepayment on all online or phone in reservations. All online reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to your delivery date. Please call 866-OBX-RENT 866-629-7368"

for any last minute reservations.

Cancellations: A full refund will be issued on all cancellations received 48 hours prior to reservation date. There will be a $20 cancellation fee on all reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before reservation date. On or after your reservation date we will be unable to refund any
money, but we will be glad to exchange your reserved rentals for another rental of equal or greater value (the renter will be responsible for paying any additional fees.)

You will be given a pro-rated rate for the days that you had the equipment reserved. A check will be issued for the balance and mailed to you within the following four weeks.
